AEC is designed to recognise verified contribution, not registration alone. Participants are assessed through the applicable identity, activity, evidence and governance controls. Public pages do not publish reward quantities, tier thresholds or classification cut-offs.

Identity and organisation records, farm/site data, delivery or production events, quality evidence and applicable compliance records.
Verified commercial participation that supports responsible sourcing, market access and traceable value-chain activity.
Approved customer identity, eligible transaction records, payment evidence, product/order references and programme eligibility checks.
Verified community, tourism and service activities that contribute to responsible local participation and shared value.
Registered participant profile, approved activity record, completion evidence, consent and programme-specific verification.
Accepted research, learning and knowledge contributions that strengthen evidence, innovation and responsible practice.

Where participant or activity classification is relevant, the operating system derives it from approved profile, location, organisation, transaction and evidence records. A person cannot simply choose the class that gives the most favourable outcome.
A farmer may operate multiple distant farms and an organisation may have several sites. AfriEuro's location and identity fabric links those records to the correct person or organisation, helping reduce artificial fragmentation and duplicate reward claims.
Registration, attendance or a self-declared claim is not enough. The source delivery, sale, production, research, tourism or verified impact event must exist and satisfy current programme requirements.
Internal coefficients and thresholds can be reviewed, versioned and approved through governance. The public site communicates the purpose, categories and safeguards while operational logic remains protected.
Identity documents, KYC/KYB, balances, reward decisions, dispute records and internal rules are not exposed on this public website.
