What is AfriEuro Coin?
AEC is the governed sustainability and participation reward layer of AfriEuro Links. Stage 1 recognises verified qualifying activity through non-transferable reward units.
Why are exact reward amounts not published?
Publishing quantities, thresholds and category cut-offs can encourage artificial banding, duplicate registrations, split transactions or other behaviour designed around the formula rather than genuine contribution. The operating system therefore evaluates controlled rules privately and keeps the resulting decision auditable.
Can I choose my own participant or farm category?
No. Where classification matters, it is determined from verified profile, farm/site, organisation and activity data under the applicable programme rules.
If I have several farms, can each farm register separately for rewards?
Several farms may be recorded separately because they are distinct locations, but they remain linked to the governed farmer or organisation identity. Reward eligibility is evaluated against the full authorised record rather than treating each location as an unrelated identity.
What kinds of activity may qualify?
Depending on current rules, qualifying activity may include responsible production and supply, verified purchases, community or tourism participation, accepted research and learning, verified sustainability contribution, and other approved ecosystem participation.
Does registration automatically earn AEC?
No. Registration creates an identity or participation pathway; it is not itself evidence that a reward has been earned.
Is AEC transferable today?
No. Stage 1 AEC reward units are non-transferable. Future transfer or market-facing functions require a later formally activated stage and the applicable governance, legal and provider controls.
Is AEC a stablecoin?
No. AEC is not pegged to EUR, USD or another fiat currency and is not being launched as a stablecoin.
Will AEC become a cryptocurrency?
AEC is intended to have a staged path toward its own independent crypto asset if that becomes economically justified, legally classified, technically ready and accepted by appropriate regulated infrastructure. That is a future conditional stage, not a current promise of tradability.
What is Stage 2?
Stage 2 introduces verifiable impact credits or credentials where a suitable methodology, evidence, anti-double-counting controls and verification conditions exist.
What is Stage 3?
Stage 3 allows optional blockchain representation where blockchain adds genuine verification, auditability or interoperability value. Operational data can remain private/off-chain while approved proofs or representations are anchored or represented appropriately.
What is Stage 4?
Stage 4 is conditional connection of AEC, as its own crypto asset, to appropriate regulated custody, trading or payment infrastructure. It is not an EUR peg or stablecoin conversion.
How do I claim an authorised reward code?
Use the secure claim-code function in the AfriEuro Links operational portal. The code and account remain subject to validity, identity, compliance and programme conditions.
Can organisations hold AEC records?
The operational architecture supports approved organisations and groups subject to authorised representatives, due diligence and applicable governance controls.
Where are my balance and private eligibility records?
Private balances, KYC/KYB information, internal eligibility, controlled rules and decision history remain inside the authenticated AfriEuro Links system.
Use the secure AfriEuro Links system.
The public website never displays private balances, KYC/KYB, internal reward coefficients or participant-specific eligibility decisions.
