AfriEuro Coin · AEC

Reward verified contribution. Protect integrity. Build toward trusted digital value.

AEC is the governed sustainability and participation reward layer of the AfriEuro Links ecosystem. It recognises eligible, verified activity without publicly exposing reward formulas that could encourage artificial banding, duplicate participation or transaction gaming.

Participation pathways

Different contributions. One governed integrity standard.

AEC can recognise several forms of approved participation. The public website intentionally does not disclose quantities, thresholds, acreage bands or internal reward coefficients. Those rules are controlled, versioned and applied only after evidence checks.

Production & supply

Responsible producers and suppliers

Verified production, delivery, quality, traceability and sustainability-linked participation across approved value chains.

Evidence basisIdentity and organisation records, farm/site data, delivery or production events, quality evidence and applicable compliance records.
Buyers & brands

Brands, customers and product buyers

Verified commercial participation that supports responsible sourcing, market access and traceable value-chain activity.

Evidence basisApproved customer identity, eligible transaction records, payment evidence, product/order references and programme eligibility checks.
Community & tourism

Hosts, guides and community participants

Verified community, tourism and service activities that contribute to responsible local participation and shared value.

Evidence basisRegistered participant profile, approved activity record, completion evidence, consent and programme-specific verification.
Research & learning

Researchers, institutions and learning contributors

Accepted research, learning and knowledge contributions that strengthen evidence, innovation and responsible practice.

Evidence basisApproved profile, submission record, review outcome, provenance, acceptance status and any required ethics or institutional approval.
Sustainability & impact

Verified sustainability contribution

Evidence-backed environmental and social contribution where the applicable methodology, additionality and verification conditions are met.

Evidence basisMethodology, geospatial or operational evidence, measurement records, anti-double-counting controls and independent verification where required.
Ecosystem participation

Partners, staff and approved organisations

Governed participation that materially supports the AfriEuro Links ecosystem and meets the applicable programme rules.

Evidence basisVerified relationship, role, good-standing status, approved contribution record and authorised programme decision.
Why exact reward bands are not public

Publishing precise band thresholds can incentivise people to split farms, transactions, organisations or activities artificially. AfriEuro therefore publishes eligibility principles and integrity safeguards while keeping operational reward logic controlled and auditable.

AEC evolution

A four-stage path — without starting as a stablecoin.

AEC is being developed progressively. Each stage has its own governance, evidence, technical and regulatory gates. Moving forward is conditional, not automatic.

Stage 1Current

Participation reward units

Non-transferable sustainability and participation reward units issued only after verified qualifying activity and controlled approval.

Stage 2Planned

Verifiable impact credentials

Where appropriate, verified impact can be represented through controlled credits or credentials with evidence, methodology and anti-double-counting safeguards.

Stage 3Optional

Blockchain representation

Selected evidence or approved digital representations may use blockchain where it adds auditability, interoperability or verification value.

Stage 4Conditional

Independent crypto-asset connectivity

Only if economically justified, legally classified and accepted by an appropriate regulated provider, AEC may connect as its own crypto asset to custody, trading or payment infrastructure.

AEC is not a stablecoin.AEC is not pegged to EUR, USD or another fiat currency. Any future EUR/EURC settlement rail used elsewhere in AfriEuro Links remains separate from AEC valuation, backing or redemption.
From activity to accountable reward

Evidence first. Decision second. Reward last.

Every qualifying pathway should be attributable to the underlying operational event. This makes AEC useful as an ecosystem incentive without turning the public website into a formula for gaming the programme.

Participation guide
01
Participate

Complete an eligible activity through an approved AfriEuro Links pathway.

02
Verify

Identity, event, evidence, status and programme conditions are checked.

03
Decide

The controlled rules engine applies the correct current classification and governance gates.

04
Record

Approved reward issuance is posted with an auditable reference and remains subject to reversal/dispute controls where applicable.

Connected ecosystem

AEC does not operate in isolation.

Its strongest value comes from verified activity already captured across AfriEuro Links, LaDOS and CEOS.

Programme governance

Public principles. Private formulas. Auditable decisions.

The programme can change its internal coefficients or classifications through controlled governance without teaching participants how to optimise around a published reward table. Material rule changes remain versioned and auditable.
